Modern slavery statement

This statement is made by InfraBridge Investors (UK) Limited for itself (hereinafter ‘IBUK’) pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “MSA”).

As required under Section 54 of the MSA, IBUK has prepared this Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for its most recent financial year, ending December 2023 (the “Statement Period”).

IBUK’s Business

IBUK is a diversified mid-market infrastructure investment management advisory and services firm with a focus on key sectors including transport and logistics, digital infrastructure, and energy transition.

IBUK carries on business in the UK, with its principal place of business at Levels 8 & 9, 9 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5BY.  IBUK is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

IBUK’s Supply Chains

Given the nature of its business, as described above, IBUK has limited direct supply chains that primarily consist of reputable professional services firms providing, for example, professional advisory and support services to IBUK.

Given the nature of its business and its supply chains, IBUK assesses the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking taking place in its direct supply chains or day-to-day operations to be low.

Steps Taken During the Statement Period

During the Statement Period, IBUK undertook the following steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its own business or in any of its supply chains.

  • With respect to IBUK’s business:
    • IBUK’s promotes the highest governance standards for its business, as proportionate to and appropriate for the nature, scale and complexity of its business activities and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations,
    • IBUK promotes positive working practices for all employees, including but not limited to setting standards for appropriate pay and benefits, working conditions, diversity and non-discrimination, all within the ethical framework and policies and procedures that govern IBUK’s business practises and employees’ conduct, including the applicable codes of conduct and ethics as well as regulatory compliance manuals;
  • With respect to IBUK’s suppliers, IBUK employs a risk based assessment process in respect of its counterparties and suppliers, including ongoing screening and periodic review of service providers; and
  • IBUK engaged an independent professional third party to conduct a review of IBUK's anti-modern slavery and human trafficking framework, including relevant policies and procedures as well as IBUK’s modern slavery and human trafficking risk assessment.

During the Statement Period IBUK has not uncovered, nor been made aware of, any modern slavery or human trafficking issues or occurrences in its own business or any of its supply chains.

IBUK is committed to ensuring that no slavery or human trafficking is taking place in its business and/or supply chains and will continue to develop and refine its policies, procedures, systems and controls to safeguard against modern slavery and human trafficking taking place in its business and/or supply chains.

This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of InfraBridge Investors (UK) Limited at a Board meeting on June 10, 2024.
